Privacy Policy

Pragmify it provides a multi-tenant analytics platform that marketing agencies use to deliver reporting to their own clients. Depending on the context, an agency using the Service may be the data controller for the information processed on their clients' behalf, and Pragmify it acts as a data processor.

Account information: names, email addresses, and role assignments for the people you invite to the platform.

Connected data source information: when an agency authorizes a third-party integration (for example advertising, marketplace, or web analytics accounts), we receive the metrics and reporting data returned by those providers, along with the access tokens needed to keep the connection active.

Usage information: log data such as pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, and technical details like browser type and IP address, used to operate and secure the Service.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to authenticate users and secure accounts; to sync and display analytics from connected data sources; to provide support; and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the reporting data flowing through connected integrations to build advertising profiles.

The Service connects to third-party providers at your direction. Access tokens for these integrations are encrypted at rest. Data retrieved from a provider is used only to power the dashboards and reports for the client the connection is associated with. Your use of each provider remains subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting, database, and background-processing vendors) under contractual confidentiality obligations; where required by law; or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

We retain account and reporting data for as long as your organization maintains an active account, and afterward only as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of data associated with your account as described below.

We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, and role-based access controls that isolate each tenant's data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service may process and store information in countries other than the one in which you are located. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@pragmify.com. If you are an end client of an agency, we may direct your request to that agency, who controls your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
